Caroline Le Bourgeois is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
- Damages
Caroline Le Bourgeois is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for an exchange only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
RETURNS
All returns must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

We use Royal Mail to send all of our products.
Products are sent Royal Mail second class, however you do have the option to upgrade your choice of postage at the checkout.
Royal Mail delivers from Monday to Saturday, excluding bank holidays.
Expected Delivery Times:
United Kingdom – 2 working days
Europe – 3-5 working days
Everywhere Else – 5-7 working days
We use the payment provider Square to accept payments. Square allow you to make payments via Debit or Credit Card.
