Easter time and rainbows!
It is good Friday or "Goose Friday"like Cuthbert would say!
This is a very unusual one this year as being with family is not going to happen for so many people all around the world.
My best memories of Easter was when I was about 7 years old in France in a place called Cap Ferret. My grand mother had a nice little house with a big garden full of pin trees, the smell of them always takes me back there. We did an egg hunt every years at Easter, I remember the weather sometime being far colder than today but what I remember most is the fun we had as a family.
Today is different, however here at CaenhillCC we have decided to use what we have to make it special for people isolated at home, I have painted some of our eggs the rainbow colour as a sign of hope for everyone and they will be part of the egg hunt!
Since the lockdown, colourful images of rainbows have appeared on windows as a sign of hope, giving a feel of being part of the community at a time where we cannot meet with friend and family, I hope what we have for you coming up will bring you joy this year.
I wish you a lovely day and hope this made you smile!
